How to Spend Money Wisely
…So You Can Live Within Your Means
Spending your money wisely doesn’t mean you have to live like a miser.
This section of my site is more about making wise decisions with how you spend your money.
Read some of my best spending tips here: 104 Ways to Save Extra Money.
In my view, there are three basic questions you need to ask yourself to ensure you’re spending wisely:
1. First, do you know what you value? Knowing who you are and what your values are is a big part of helping to drive your good spending decisions. Here are three posts that expand on that point:

2. Next, you should ask if you are wastefully spending money on things you’re not using or that are not in line with your values?
I wrote a post that landed me on MSNBC titled, 15 Things You Shouldn’t Be Paying For. Use it to generate more ideas to spend wisely.
3. Lastly, you need to question whether you are paying too much for the things you want to spend on? Be sure to read these posts that explore that topic in detail:

As you can see it’s all about spending consciously.
