Are you looking to recharge your workouts or get in shape without spending a fortune? You should check out Podfitness. I work out three to four times a week, and I’ll be honest, some days I just show up and go through the motions. I think we all do at times. Podfitness can help your workouts become interesting again. I’m lovin’ it.I’d been hearing about Podfitness on the radio. I liked the concept but didn’t like the idea of paying for the service. We’ll I ran across a 30-day free trial of the service and couldn’t pass it up. The great thing about this service is that once you create your fitness podcast (which is basically a smooth combination of your digital music and a personal trainer’s instructions) you get to keep the files forever. So you can create as many workouts as your computer’s hard drive will hold during this 30-day trial and you’ll be in for some nice workout sessions for a long while. You’ll need iTunes or Zune (with some play lists already set), a download of the mixing software, and a player (any MP3 player will do). I use my phone, since I have a huge memory card and my phone’s MP3 player works great.Give it a shot. I definitely recommend trying it out. Anyone use this service past the free trial? Is it worth it?

Jeff,
Thanks for the info. I hadn't maxed out so I didn't realize that. I agree, that's plenty to keep me busy for a while. I did an hour of "combined" workout this morning and I'm hurting.
