isPermaLink="false">http://ptmoney.com/?p=5414#comment-9607

I recently moved from Windows to Mac and, after reading numerous comments from Quicken users about the inadequacy of the new version of Quicken for Mac, I resorted to downloading and paying for Codeweavers Crossover for Mac 9.0. This allows me to use my Windows Quicken 2009, and I am able to use other Windows products on my macpro notebook. No, I did not have to partition my hard drive, and the transition was easy. During April 2010 the online discount is 25%, so the cost is a mere $52 +/-, which beats buying a new Quicken program of any sort. Another slightly less expensive option is Moneydance, an impressive program that I downloaded and purchased before being told by US Bank that they supported only Quicken and Quickbooks. That was Charlie Romeo Alfa Papa, but the program is, as I say, impressive and a viable alternative. I was reimbursed by Moneydance - superior customer service. I have used Quicken since its inception and don't want to change. Codeweavers Crossover saved my day.

I recently moved from Windows to Mac and, after reading numerous comments from Quicken users about the inadequacy of the new version of Quicken for Mac, I resorted to downloading and paying for Codeweavers Crossover for Mac 9.0.
