I know a few people including myself who got stiffed with a $31 fine for not returning a blockbuster movie when we actually did return it to the store. Needless to say I won’t be trying them again.

I agree that their interface is slow. They switched to the new UI a few months ago. It was VERY slow in beta mode and only got marginally better when they released it. Hopefully they’ll boost the speed sometime soon.

As for the problem with in-store rentals being the same as the first in your queue, most stores have a computer near the counter where you can log in to your account.

If I watched more movies, I think I would go with Blockbuster. There’s one right by my house. I have a friend that uses NFLX and loves them.
