Get Your Money Questions Answered: Cash Commons

I recently learned of a new website called Cash Commons. It’s unique place where you can ask money-related questions and several people will chime in with an answer. I’d compare it to Yahoo Answers I guess, but it’s primarily focused on money-related topics. I get a lot of questions in the comments here on my site, but I don’t always have time to get to them, and when I do, you’re getting only my opinion.

That’s nice, but some questions are best asked to a group of people. So bookmark Cash Commons and check it out next time you’re in need of an answer.

Sticking with the question theme of this post, I’ll share some of the better questions that I saw asked around the blog o sphere last week:

Do You Follow the 2 Months Salary Engagement Ring Rule?
Is Cell Phone Insurance Worth It?
Can Kids or Teens Open a Roth IRA?
Is the Fair Tax Too Good to be True?
When Your House Payment is Killing You, Should You Walk Away?
Wedding Questions with TheKnot.com

In other news, you may have noticed that I started writing for the PerkStreet Financial blog. My first blog post went up last week: Don’t Be a Fool: Setup a Fee-Free Financial System.

Carnivals I was in last week: Debt Reduction, Best of Money (#1), and Personal Finance: The Cash Commons Edition.

I had never heard of that site. Seems really cool with a lot of familiar names answering questions.

When it comes to financial matters, they are more focused than Yahoo Answers.
