		<description>I&#039;ve seen this before but it never fails to fascinate me.  I have a Citi card where it creates a virtual credit card upon request for one-time use (you can set date and spending limits which are a subset of your total card to reduce availability and impact in the event of fraud) and I would have to guess that the generator creates numbers that abide by these rules every time!</description>
