		<description>I think those who are willing to be frugal have decided that they don&#039;t need EVERYTHING.  That is the first step down the pathway of contentment.  Frugal people are also willing to sacrifice things and this also is a big step in the right direction.</description>

		<description>I find that the more frugal we&#039;ve gotten the simpler we&#039;ve gotten too.  As we aren&#039;t buying as much &quot;stuff&quot; we have less visual clutter in our home which has made our home less stressful.  There&#039;s also less stuff to clean up and take care of and we have much more space too.

As for food, we are much more conscious of what we have in the house and how we are going to use what we buy.</description>
