I know Summer doesn’t officially start till later in June, but here in Texas it already feels like Summer. It’s already in the mid-90s. Mrs. PT and I spent some quality time at our community pool today and it was packed with people enjoying the heat, while the water was still nice and cool. I made it inside just long enough to give you this week’s roundup.

I hosted the 14th Money Hacks Carnival: Weird Golf Facts Edition this week. There were several great submissions. Thanks to all who participated. With all the rush of the Holiday weekend I neglected to submit any of my own posts into any carnivals. This week I’ve lined up five good ones though.
I’m about to run out of ING DIRECT Savings Account $25 Bonuses. In fact, I think I have just one remaining at this time. If you haven’t signed up yet, go grab it and start saving. After that, I’ll open up the blog to allow others to share their referral links, so keep a lookout for that.
