You know, I’ve often thought about drying my razor like you mention. Seems like it would help. I’ll start doing that and see how long I can go.

btw, yesterday afternoon i received a new free quattro razor in the mail. i guess i had ordered it a while back. so, i guess i won’t need to buy new cartridges just yet.

I use a Quattro for women that I got for free when they first came out and love it. I dry the blades after each shave and the disposable blade-packet things last me about a month before going dull. It’s the water causing micro rust that makes the blade dull, not nearly as much as your using it – which is what we’re led to believe. Try drying off the blades If your wife has a hair dryer out regularly, you can blow it dry in about 30 seconds after dabbing off the droplets.
