Needless to say I won't be trying them again.

They switched to the new UI a few months ago. It was VERY slow in beta mode and only got marginally better when they released it. Hopefully they'll boost the speed sometime soon.<br/><br/>As for the problem with in-store rentals being the same as the first in your queue, most stores have a computer near the counter where you can log in to your account.
