		<description>Don&#039;t let them haul off your good topsoil!  All I was left with was clay (and sometimes gravel and/or cement mix debris) under my lawn.  It is terrible for drainage, will hurt your sod, and any garden you hope to have will require double-digging or building a raised-bed.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I wish I had known this when checking out my new construction!</description>
