I have my bank (TD Canada Trust Visa in Canada)simply debit my account every month when the bill is due. (Make sure you keep enough money in the account!) I’m sure they don’t like doing this, but they do.

yea everyone gets their fee’s waived the first time. I work for a c/c company though adn as soon as one gets waived then everytime someone gets a finance charge (i’m sure you also wined and complained about the day of finance charges since you didnt pay the account in full by the due date) or late fee or overlimit fee they expect it to be waived. it’ll be funny after about your third waiver when the bank finally cuts you off. if you pay your balance in full every month they make no money off of you and are worthless to them. have fun
